Good quality tacos for a good price! They are a little stingy with their sauce (but thats like every restaurant these days it seems like). The meat is good, as are the other toppings they put on the street tacos, its the perfect amount. I also tried the wet burrito before which was also good! Great little taco truck! Glad I found it!

A couple of weeks ago, I pulled over to La Sabrosa Taqueria on a whim. I liked the way the truck was parked to shield the open air eating area from the traffic noise and the umbrellas to shade the customers. Lots of people sitting and eating. It looked inviting, friendly and festive. I ordered 2 burritos. I was delighted with them. I didn't expect the side of roasted pepper and onion and the cool carrot and radish. Everything was delicious. The aftertaste is wonderful. I went back again and again. Every time, the same wonderful experience. These folks really know how to cook! I look forward to trying everything on the menu. I love it!
