La Semilla in Asheville

We had La Semilla cater our wedding party a few months ago and couldn’t have had a better experience. Simone and the entire crew was dialed and everyone in attendance raved about the food. From the initial communications to making the logistics work on the day of and not really having to even think about anything except hanging out, they made the day easy and fun. We had enchiladas, braised pork shoulder, Mac n cheese, cornbread, and more- all dialed in to accommodate some food allergies with no compromise to the taste.The big hit that was short lived, due to how good it was, was the charcuterie platter and devils on horseback. Big thanks to the whole crew for helping to make the day great and for some of the best food we’ve ever had. I know the food truck is amazing but the catering is world-class and we have talked about how we wish we could have a party with them every year!

So happy to have bumped into the La Semilla food truck at Wedge. The food was delicious and the staff exceptionally delightful. We had multiple things but the group favorites had to be the Garden wrap and The Sweet Thang desert crepe. Both had just the right body and flavor profile that will keep us coming back for more. Super fresh ingredients and well developed flavors deserve well delivered results and praises such as this. More than one happy customer talked about how incredible their food was tonight. Great food great people definitely eat here already. Cheers!
