The caldos we're delicious and definitely worth the cost. However, being as there were no other customers in the restaurant during our visit (Wednesday after 4pm), I felt we could have been serviced better. It almost felt as we were unwelcomed or a bother . Maybe she thought I wouldn't pay/ leave a tip??? Or a bad day??? Who knows, but I expect quality service when I'm paying $15 per soup. I would probably visit la tapatía again in the future, but definitely not the same location. Bittersweet experience i suppose.
