Thank you Lady Jaye for being open to pick up Thanksgiving dinner. Our kitchen is under renovation and we were bummed but you brightened up the holiday with an absolutely fantastic turkey drumstick confit. It seriously reminded me of a Michelin star duck confit dinner I had years ago in Paris. It was that good. The smoked jalapeño kale Caesar, puréed potatoes and sliced apple salad were perfect sides. Even the gravy and cornbread which we didn't expect surpassed. And to top it all off, the lovely lady who we picked up the order from recommended the craft cocktail Ru-Pear which I also highly recommend alHappy Thanksgiving!
