Charged my card twice for membership and has not credited my account for either charge. Will not do business with a company like this. Never even received a email or anything. I have contacted them over 7 times and still no credit. Each time I will check into it and get back with you. No one can help!!!

3 visits in a row to Golden Nugget Atlantic City Landry's restaurants- they do not take the full $25 reward off the bill - I was told they can't process all of it if I pay along with my comps and a Golden Nugget Food Voucher. My latest bill was $158. I was only given $24 towards my next Landry's reward. Why? I was told it's because I paid the bill with my Golden Nugget comps. Are you kidding. I earn those comp dollars. I choose to visit Landry's restaurants. I pay you with those comp dollar YET I don't get any rewards points towards my next bonus because I pay with comps? Are you kidding me? Seems very underhanded.
