Been here several times....not the best but as close as you going to get to perfect. Taste is wonderful and consistent for this small mom/pop Peruvian casual restaurant

The service is awesome and the workers are extremely helpful and so kind...I love them!....I ordered a little of everything to give it more of a chance....fries no flavor not even a dash of salt, chicken well cooked not enough flavor, pasta w steak was good but the meat had no flavor to it...rice was ok and plantines were ok...but No....won't eat here again...not enough flavor for my taste....

Definitely a neighborhood gem. The Charcoal roasted chicken here is so good! I enjoy Costco's and El Pollo Loco's rotisserie chicken. Just simple delicious chicken there that are so much better than HEB and other supermarket Roti chicken. Las Brasas charcoal chicken, however, is on a whole other level. The chicken alone is extremely tasty but even better with the orange and green sauces that come with it. Every now and then I run into the owner, Jorge, and he tells me how lucky I am because came just in time for fresh chicken out of the oven. I found out later it's always fresh because they always make a fresh batch every 30 minutes. HA! Really though. The chicken is always fresh and juicy. The roasted skin is the best part. I always get a half chicken. The hound from game of thrones would totally love this place. They also have other items like steak and pasta. I'm sure they are great but I can't seem to ever pass up the chicken. It's that good.
