Been here many times. Food is good. Today 2/12/22. Ordered Fajitas for 2. They gave us a chinch amount of guacamole, enough for only 1 taco each. I ordered a half order extra guacamole. Waiter brought a huge amount of guacamole and the bill said 1/2 order and charged me &9.99. Prices used to be affordable. They want $14.00 for 3 beef enchiladas, rice and beans. What they are doing is serving huge portions and have raised their prices so much that I won’t come back. Go to Gringos on 99 and get a fajita bowl for &10.00.

Wow! Delicious food, fair prices and awesome service! This place is the best kept secret in the Cypress/Fairfield area! Located right across from King's Crown Grooming Station, this was the best breakfast restaurant that we've EVER experienced! We'll be frequent customers hereforward.

This was my first visit to Las Mananitas Mexican restaurant. The server was very attentive and waited on our family frequently. I ordered the stuffed, fried avocado with tortilla soup. It was great, better than i thought it looked like on the menu. The rest of my family's dinner was good too. everyone was satisfied. Next time we are in Cypress, TX we will go again.
