I'll be quick! My family was upset about the lack of metal utensils and paper napkins, but whatever, I don't mind. Covid and all! Our hostess made it very clear we would "never" need a reservation which I joked and say "you're really heightening our dining experience." She laughed. Our waiter was so sweet. A little soft spoken, but very kind and attentive. Calamari was GAS. Like actually one of my favorite calamari's I have ever had. We got flat bread and we also liked it! My mom got the burger! She loved it. Perfectly cooked medium. Grandma got the rockfish and also loved it. Dad got the jambalaya and ate it all instantly. I got the honey buffalo chicken sandwich which I also enjoyed. Christmas music was blaring and it's the first of January, but I don't mind. Felt like I should mention it. Honestly, it gets an interesting rep, but I literally see no reason this couldn't be an amazing place to eat, maybe with a bit more energy! Thanks for the meal!

Drinks were slow from othe bar; Mussels were over cooked and damn near nonexistent- once opened mussel was shriveled to less than an inch in 99.9% of shells- no lie. The server offered to replace and discount, with a truly sincere apology. Second batch came correct from runner, regarding cook -but had no toast. My guest had salmon, ("just ok") with coconut rice & broccoli... we shared an appetizer of calamari, but it didn't need the peppers. Admittedly, my friends entry came before mine so I slid the calamari over as an entree; waiting for my first batch mussels, which, I now k...
