The website says open till 12, the door says 11 and at 10:30 I was refused service guess I'll just eat this instead

First and last visit to Latitudes Apollo. Food was terrible, zero seasoning and cold. Steak was completely leathery (over cooked) and vegetables were clearly microwaved. All the food including burgers were flavorless. Took about 45 minutes for our food to come out although it wasn't busy. It was a terrible experience and will definitely not be going back.
