This review was specifically for their desserts and hospitality. We came here after eating dinner at Thai Gourmet. Layal Cafe's outdoor patio alone attracted us to coming here. It was brightly lit with vivid pops of color. We went inside to ask about their desserts, and a man (manager/owner?) welcomed us. He explained all the desserts available and mentioned the more traditional desserts that were worth trying. He also noticed we were uncomfortable dining in, and directed us to their beautiful outdoor patio to dine. We perused their menu and finally settled on trying out their kunefe, which was a spun pastry topped with sweet cheese, pistachios, honey, and vanilla ice cream. This dessert was absolutely delicious. I can easily say it was one of the best desserts I've had in my life. All the components went so well together. It was fragrant and not too sweet. This des...
