Worst customer service EVER!!! We made an order for delivery through their website. Their website didn't direct us to a 3rd party at all. When we didn't get any updates we called the restaurant and they just told us there is nothing they can do about it bc it goes through a 3rd party. They didn't take any accountability to help. They just said there's nothing they can do about it since it goes through a 3rd party EVEN THOUGH WE PAID THEM through THEIR website. I even offered to go pick it up if they would remake the order but they wouldn't remake the order. Then we asked to speak to a manager and to get a refund and they told us since their manager isn't here it won't get processed until he gets back!! So we ended up disputing the charge through our credit card. They wasted our money, our time, and I have never ever seen an establishment treat people so terribly.
