Great Puerto Rican foods with subtle twist... Penil, Arroz con Gandules, Bistec, Tostones, Yuca, Skewered Chicken (Adobo), Tembleque, and a special Flan for my wife’s birthday. Thank you to the Great Host, and Chef Rivera was kind enough to come and chat with us as he served both the Penil and dessert Tembleque. Addos’ Incubator holds a great casual ambiance with modern reggaetón and salsa playing in the background. Thank you so much for the fabulous food and time. D&C Rosario
