I received a promo brochure by mail and decided to call Lemay’s Pizza to order. Mind you I live in the Polk County side of Poinciana. I was told by one of the new employees that there was in accident on route and would not be able to deliver. My brother had just arrived and told me there were accidents. When I asked where was the accident, I the employee only told me they have a system that lets them know there was an accident. I could clearly hear in the background someone yelling, “I’m not going to send any of my drivers over there”. I asked who was saying that and was told it was the manager, Patrick. I spoke with Patrick and he was acting/responding like he couldn’t hear me. When my brother stepped in and told Patrick we would do a nice about this, Patrick’s response was, “That’s fine”, and he hung up the phone. I am so disappointed. This was so unprofessional on Lemay’s leaderships part. What type of customer service can we expect from the employees when the managers respond that way. This is an eye opener. Unfortunately, one of my coworkers had told us about the bad customer service experience he had. We most certainly think twice before ordering from Lemays Pizza and we will make it a priority to let our neighbors and or coworkers know how we were treated.

I called to place an order instead of going to Papa Johns for about $60 or so worth of food. I simply asked if I can have regular bacon instead of Canadian bacon on my pizza and I was advised that they would have to charge me. This place isn't cheap at all and I always try to support local businesses instead of big chain places. However the service I received was questionable. Instead of trying to see how she could accommodate my request the young lady had a gentleman speak to me instead in which they refused to do the switch. I was taking away an item and adding another. It seemed like a pretty simple switch but they refused and have lost my business. Like all the others places that come to Poinciana I don't see them lasting for too much longer. What great business sense that makes, lose a customer over $2. Jeesh!
