Been going here since they opened. We go often and really enjoy the offerings. Been getting the southwest with chicken. Highly recommend and this new Erie business could use the local support to make sure it doesn’t go away.

Food was pretty good and it's nice to have a healthier option in Erie...but there were some glaring issues with this place.The worst of these was the restroom. The single-person women's restroom does NOT lock or close at all. There is no privacy for women to use the restroom!The other issues were not as bad. The menu posted out front for the customer did not match what the employees had behind the line. My salad ended up having additional ingredients that weren't listed on the version of theenu available to the customer. And the dining area was mostly empty with little to no decor. It felt very empty--like the venue was too large for the allotted dining area.It feels like Lettuce Head could have used a few more weeks of work prior to opening. If these issues were corrected, the experience would be much better.
