Some of the best lamb I’ve ever had in a non-Mediterranean restaurant.UPDATE: Looking back at my receipt and bank statement. Not sure why my server decided to tack on an extra gift for himself in addition to what I provided as gratuity. I could be mistaken since this was about a month ago, but would appreciate some clarity on this. Thank you.

Level is one of the last places I went on New years eve, it was really excellent! The lamb skewers are a must.

If you haven't eaten here then you must drop whatever your plans are and RUN to Level A Small Plates Lounge! So full disclosure the first two time my husband and I came here we did drinks and desserts which were very good but we recently went mid week and during happy hour which was perfect timing for us because the establishment wasn't crowded. My hats off to the AMAZING bartender Omar who continued to dazzle us with his wonderful cocktail expertise and was super friendly and kept us laughing and made us feel so welcomed. We ordered a few items and they were gastronomically food for the soul. The ribs and pulled pork sliders were the best I have ever tasted, hands down! I weep for the poor souls who haven't eaten here yet. This place is a must if you're in downtown Annapolis.
