Picked up three rolls for takeout Friday based on some suggestions by my coworkers the sushi wasn't bad but definitely didn't hit the spot. I'd try it again for dine in to see if the quality is better

Super solid sushi spot. It’s unassuming from the outside, but stylishly sleek on the inside. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in.I was there the day before Christmas Eve, and got there around 5:30ish. It was pretty empty, so I sat at the bar.The nice gentleman who provided service for me that day was awesome (I think his name was Daniel). He had no idea, but I was there alone after receiving some of the most devastating news of my entire life. I have no family in Richmond, and all I wanted to do was pile down good sushi and forget about the news for even a little while.It was the best food, service and company that I could have asked for on a day like that day, and Daniel’s kindness on a day when I was so low, will never be forgotten.

I first went to LEVEL Restaurant & Bar for an Yelp event a few years ago. I decided to come back for dinner. We were seated immediately. I ordered chicken pad Thai and a new specialty roll (salmon, cream cheese, avocado, seaweed salad, crunch, sweet chili sauce, & spicy mayo).
