I really enjoyed Little Pappasito's Cantina made my first attempt for Cinco de Mayo however the late was estimated 3 hours. So attempted again a few weeks later. Luck us we arrive around 6pm and was seated immediately. The restaurant is still enforcing social distancing and the employees are still wearing masks! Deborah was our waitress she was very pleasant and attentive. We started with the beef queso. This appetizer was good, one of the best queso I tasted so far. Homemade cheese and real beef with freshly chopped onions and green peppers! Try, you won't be disappointed. For my entree I ordered the El Sombrero which included a Beef fajita soft taco,cheese enchilada, served with guacamole, pico de gallo, rice & refried beans this was really delicious and the serving was huge. My husband ordered the quesadillas. half chicken half fajita beef. The quesadillas were also delicious. The kids had corn dogs with fries and chicken tenders with fries both were huge serving. I can't forget to mention the frozen watermelon margarita which came with a real waterme...
