There are a lot of bedrooms; I don't know exactly how many since i wasn't the organizer but we had about 30 people. I know that whatever number of people was advertised as accommodating on the site (VRBO?) was a bit off bed-wise (must have included all sleeping surfaces including couches) so a few people in our group were peeved (they were going to have to sleep on couches). The finishes were very nice - Hermes soap and fresh towels. I would HIGHLY recommend the maid service if you're in a big group. It had pots and pans and all of that stuff; no spices or anything like that if you're going to be cooking, but it had wine glasses and serving stuff as well. The hot tub was great (nice and hot!). The location was great. It certainly doesn't suck at all.
