Not staffed by many americans. Accents were hard to understand sometimes. Very nice rooms overall Overpriced now by about half but its obvious they are short staffed. Drinks were hit or miss. Sometimes sour and bitter They are adding on 22% service charge so wait staff knows they dont have to deliver in order to get paid well 22% was for everyone, not tables of 8 or larger that can typically undertip Food is good but menu hardly changes I saw lots of kids in the hotel this year and inflatables. My room was 2,300 for one person!!!! Families exploit and ruin environments. They need childfree areas
