Ok I went In To have a cheeseburger and fries I ordered my food and the cashier swiped my debit card twice. So I asked her why she did that ? I have never had problems with my card before and she said it didn't take. I went home looked at my bank account and they had charged me twice. So I call the number and no response it just rang. So i go back two days later and the cashier Joanne says give me your number the manager will call you back. I have not received a call back I called again and left a voicemail. They get a one star because they don't know what they are doing and the customer experience was bad. Now they get to talk to my credit union.

I have never been a great fan of L&L Hawaiian Barbecue because I had some bad experiences at other locations in the past. The biggest complaint being that you can taste old cooking oil in the food. So it has been a while. When my wife and I were at Pearlridge Uptown we decided to eat at the food court. L&L was giving out samples of their tasty chicken and it was pretty good so I decided on ordering from them. I had a fish sandwich deluxe for $5 and I was good. I got it piping hot an with no aftertaste of old oil and it was moist and juicy. I will be more inclined to dine at this location more in the future.
