Lloyd's Tasty Sandwiches in Arvada

POOR OWNERSHIP!!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! The sandwich I got here was pretty good, although it was nothing I couldn’t have made for $8 cheaper by simply going to a grocery store and picking up the ingredients. Definitely not worth the price. It’s no wonder there is basically nobody in the restaurant whenever I go. What is even more concerning however, is the attitude of the owner of this restaurant. His name is Marty Hester, and by the looks of these reviews, this guy has a bit of a temper. He responds to poor customer reviews by stating that it is the customer’s fault, and in some cases insulting them. I am shocked at how incredibly unprofessional and rude he is. As a small business owner, I value and thrive off of constructive feedback from my customers, as does every other successful business. It’s very disheartening to see a small business owner like Marty Hester degrading any customer who leaves a poor review. I have already filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau regarding Mr. Hester’s inappropriate behavior. Had a pretty bad experience here. The lady working was nice, however the sandwich I got was disgusting. I asked for a Highland with lettuce, tomato, onion, and spicy ranch. The breadwas extremely soggy because of how much spicy ranch she put on it(tasted a lot more like mayo than ranch), and there was virtually no meat, it was just filled with an excessive amount of cheese and tomatoes. I took one bite and couldn’t eat any more, then started feeling a bit sick. Whatever you do, don’t get the Highland from here. Gross sandwich

To be honest have never been here but I want to start this small business on the right foot. A lot of the time a couple bad reviews can mean the success or failure of a business. And in times like these I feel it is my duty to help small businesses out in any way I can. These guys at Lloyd's tasty sandwiches have families and mouths to feed.
