With this downtown Seattle location the bar could be run by robots. Sadly, they might be better then the two bar tenders I had. For fun I started counting how many times they walked past me without asking my order. Seahawks jersey bartender: 23, Seahawks jersey bar tender #2: 17. With $15 minimum wage +$15-20 per hour in tips they are clearing 50k part time. Hilarious. I wonder if Dick Hedreen (owner) has any idea how under achieving this lobby bar is.

The 515 burger is very good, and I'm a burger nut so I know a thing or two. However, I found the service to be mediocre to poor. The night I visited there were 3 people working, and about 10 tables between them, many with just one or two guests. That's a pretty good ratio, and shouldn't cause problems. Yet somehow while I was there they managed to bring the wrong food to people's tables repeatedly, and took something like 15 minutes to serve my drink order - which BTW was just a glass of wine. I can appreciate the benefit to staff of adding a mandatory 20% gratuity to the checks, but honestly - if they're messing things up this badly then there's no reason they should be rewarded with a good tip automatically.

Nice selection and friendly bartender named Kevin. Definitely worth walking uphill for a relaxing lounge. Only area for improvement is to add a happy hour :-) Just learned the do have a happy hour 5-11 on Friday-Saturday on the 28th floor!
