I enjoyed myself. The food was very good and came out at a reasonable time. It's just one waitress was rude and didn't come to us at all, we had to get the attention of another waitress to even get started! But in all the DRINKS (We had Hunch Punch) was absolutely the best I've had in awhile!!

Logan's Roadhouse is generally a good steakhouse chain, just not in Alexandria Louisiana. I ordered prime rib, special Mac-and-cheese and a house salad. After waiting for 45 minutes I received my prime rib COLD. The fat in the prime rib had already congealed before it was brought to me. The Mac-and-cheese was lukewarm and somewhat edible. When the waitress came by 15 minutes later to check on me I informed her my meal was cold. The waitress had the manger come by. As I explained my meal was cold, the manager informed me they bake the prime rib, which...
