Every time I go into THIS location of Logan's Roadhouse, I get pissed off and swear I'm not going back. Tonight was the last straw! I ordered the new york strip. The first 2 bites, I had to spit back out into my napkin because of the gristle. So I thought I had just gotten the end of the steak, and cut my steak in half to get to the middle. I could feel the gristle while cutting. I got to eat about 3 bites. I finally told the server that it was the worst steak I had ever gotten and showed her the line of gristle that ran through it. She apologized and offered to bring me something else. She took the steak, my napkin full of gristle and left. 5 Minutes later someone came out with my plate and asked me why I sent it back because she could not see anything wrong with it! I showed her the gristle. Then she asked me why I ate 75% of it before sending it back. I was shocked! On the plate was all the pieces that I had cut up and you could plainly see the line of gristle. I told her that I ate maybe 3 bites and she argued with me, said most of the...
