Cafeteria style, only open when cruise ships come in to port. Mainly focus and caters to the Filipino ship's personnel on shore leave. Had their pork adobo, pork overcooked, and salty. Offered a sample of their beef steak, overcooked, dry meat. Their vegetable dish which I don't remember it's name was decent. Halo halo USD 7 was good. One entree item USD 6, one scoop of rice USD 1; two entree items with two scoops of rice USD 11. Free wifi but slow. Credit cards accepted. foodspotting.com/reviews…
