Top three meals I've had in my life. The chef guided us through four appetizers and an entrée that my wife and I split. In order of stuffing down our gullets : chicken paté, butternut squash bonbons, Burgundy crab, potato dumplings covered in shaved black truffles (upcharge was worth it). The entrée was scallops with risotto. All of these were mind blowing. The chef suggested a brut rosé champagne pairing was perfect for the meal. We finished the meal with complimentary chocolate mousse. Also delicious. This place is a national treasure.

We waited over one hour and half to try our first dish, being told that "the kitchen was running behind" by our magician waiter for the night! The dish included a simple salad with a small...
