I enjoy Long John Silver's as a break from the usual fast food places. The fish and chicken platter has the right amount of food to share or we eat alone. Something about the breading on these items makes them a guilty pleasure. The hush puppies are tasty and the service here was quick and friendly.
Last night we were at the store and the crew was awesome. They forgot our fish and we had some other issues. When I called in to the store the manager was very polite and offered to replace our whole meal. I told him it was not needed and we would just come in and get the missing fish. He also replace our hushpuppies that were cold when we got them. Oh my!!!! The replacement ones were hot and fresh. The manager was top notch and when we went in tonight to get our fish he was very nice. The young lady at the counter was just as pleasant. Very impressed at how this was handled. Very happy!! Thanks Paul!!! You rock!!!
