I like to thank Jackie of LongHorn Steakhouse of Alpharetta, GA for providing me with exceptional customer service. I'd called to place an order and I was transferred to Jackie and I'd explained that I was finishing up job and I needed to pickup an order within a reasonable time frame 20 - 30 minutes and not an hour. I frequently once a month order a half rack Baby Back Ribs, Sweet Potato with Cinnamon Butter along with a Strawberry Salad. I mostly go to the LongHorn in Tucker which is near to where I live. Wait time was important to me because I could stop by another location if it would be a longer wait time. Jackie explained how she would get it done and how this location treats its customers. I was so impressed not knowing her or been to this location before. I would be there in a matter of 5 minutes. Jackie did everything she said she would do and I must have waited within 20 minutes.
