I love longhorn steak house, it is my favorite restaurant and I have to say that the porterhouse was the best steak I have ever had. I ordered it because I thought I would have leftovers the next day but I was wrong when I got home I sat down and finished it off . It was the best steak I have ever had!

If you want to go to LongHorn Steakhouse... Stay OUT of the Copley location on Montrose West Ave.!!! Had TERRIBLE meals & service!!! Took over 15 min. to be seated; & we were the only ones waiting to be seated!! Place was basically empty! Young polite guydid not know where to put us. Only 9 cars in the lot! Blonde haired rude bimbo talked down to him; and tells him to put us in the bar... He seemed caught off guard how abrupt she spoke "at" him... not to him! Finally she says come with me... Seats us at a booth in the bar area. Seats were dirty & we told her we did NOT want in the bar... She quickly turned around and left! Waited a LONG time to be even get a drink. Finally waitress came over and we gave her our entire order. By this time we had walked thru the door 35 minutes ago!!! Finally got our drinks & stale bread. She commented they were not expecting to be busy, the day after a holiday. We then had to wait another 48 min. for our meals. When they came, the sweet potatoes were BLACK!!!! Over cooked, and not only were they ruined: but INSULTING!! Parm.-crusted chicken was soooooooooooooo over cooked, one could not cut it with...
