Not a thing wrong with that steak, despite the reasonably sorry presentation of a piece of meat on a plate - the large ribeye I had was as good as any I've had at Ruth's Chris (to compare it to another chain steakhouse). A weensy bit on the salty side, but nicely peppered (both black and cayenne) and buttered. Great flavor and just the right amount of perfectly savory fat. My wife liked her grilled shrimp and rice and said the sauce enhanced without overwhelming the shrimp. The room was nice - understated and well kept-up. Service was good for our slightly late lunch and they were taking social distancing and sanitation seriously. The side salads were fresh and cold and the in-house blue cheese dressing was very nice - lots of flavor, but balanced. I'm not a fan of chain steak places (nor most independen...
