It look so good the food was good just a big in my food and that was just so nasty I couldn't even enjoy my food than the manager had a attitude about a bug been in my food didn't want to give me my money back

Let me preface this by indicating I order via DoorDash, and not directly with the restaurant. I ordered the shrimp and tenders, the description under the shrimp indicates Jumbo shrimp, and boy was I disappointed. I just can't believe someone packaged this and thought to themselves, yes this is fair. The shrimp that I do have is not fresh and taste comparable to frozen shrimp I can buy at the grocery store. The chicken tenders taste dry like they were either over cooked, or day old. Additionally, the tenders themselves taste fishy, like literal fish, indicating that this establishment fries chicken and seafood in the same fryer. The one thing that is salvageable is that the two sides, one of Jambalaya rice, and Cole slaw (Cloyingly sweet) were quite large. But for $14.99, I at least expect to enjoy my food. Be weary of ordering here.

Horrible experience! I will NOT be returning! I order large meals weekly for coworkers and am extremely disappointed in the service and unprofessionalism of this establishment. I was rushed during making my order. When I received my order and got back to work to distribute, 3/4 meals were incorrect. They also did not give me drinks that I paid for. When I called to rectify the situation, I was told that there are "no exchanges or refunds". Really?!?! It was not my error. I ordered grilled shrimp and fish and was given every thing fried! We are all on diets, couldn't even eat our $80 lunch. Again, we order here at least 2-3 times per week. Louisiana Fish house you lost good, consistent, paying customers. Please do better by the people that support you in the future.
