I usually don't do negative reviews even if I have a bad experience, but Lucano's Pizza & Catering crossed the line today. We order two pizzas and when my wife picked them up, the one was burnt, and all squashed . When my wife informed the owner, he told her that's the way the pizza comes, what a lie, we go there all the time. He got rude with my wife and didn't even offer to remake it. She brought home the overdone pizza, and I took them back, and then the owner got rude with and didn't want to give me my money back, and told me I shouldn't order pizza if I don't want them. The owner was nothing but rude with me and my family. Say the least I won't be going back there. Lucano's Pizza please don't get rude with my wife! Now we're enjoying are pizza from Maurie's table.
