Two employees didn't bother to masked up when I walked in to pick up my order. Definitely not one mask in site. Also pretty sure meatball sandwich was made with frozen meatball.

I called the place to cancel a $12 small pizza I ordered a minute prior and the guy caught an attitude. Literally said “i’m not gonna cancel it cause I don’t want to” and then said he doesn’t have to explain himself after I asked why. So unprofessional it’s embarrassing.

The worst experience I've had in Seattle, so far, has been with Luciano's Pizza & Pasta. Inept. Inane. Incompetent. Utterly lacking customer service skills. Slow. Devoid of any sense of responsibility toward the customer. If I could have written this review without a star, I would have. They were a terrible waste of my time.
