Have been coming here for lunch and 1st time doing dine-in dinner. The black pepper beef short ribs with eggplants was good in flavor but those ribs were too chew. We informed our server that those were overcooked and can't even chew them. You need a knife to cut them inside tiny pieces to possibly eat them. I tried a small bite and still too hard. But good flavor amd I love eggplants! Chicken dish was average, nothing special. I like empress chicken and this wasn't the same. Bean leaves were good! Big portions, reasonable prices and plenty of parking spaces.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Lucky dragon is renovated and clean inside. Service was great, food was good, and reasonably priced. We had the beef short ribs w/eggplant clay pot, shrimp w/ scrambled eggs, salt toasted squid, sautéed clams in black bean sauce, Dungeness crab, snow pea leaves, salt and pepper pork, fried rice, and beef with bean spouts (no gravy) flat noodles.
