6pm on a Saturday evening. We rolled in with about 10-15 people, to be greeted and looked down upon we felt. Asked for substitution on a meal for fries and were told it cost extra, that's ok. Asked for juke box to be turned on and was told a hard NO. as a football game was on, the TV that nobody was watching. We just wanted a few drinks and some r&r while the place was slow. My sandwich was made with kraft single type cheese and that was annoying because it wasn't cheap to buy. When we asked for Grey goose vodka liquor used in a drink, we were asked "how much you wanna spend" rather sharply and rudley. We came here from out of town because we had heard good things about this place. However after an hour of trying to enjoy it, most of our group was annoyed. We paid, left and went to another place local to this one and had a really pleasant experience. I won't be back to this establishment, ever.
