Interior is not the nicest, but the friendliness and efficient staff along with the delicious NYC Chinatown style food makes up for the decor. The portions are a nice size too. Worth a try. We will return.

Lucky Palace Chinese Restaurant was nearby when I needed lunch one day so I figured I'd give it a try. I didn't have much time and typically Chinese restaurants move you along quickly, and while that wasn't the case, I still had an okay experience. The inside of this place gives me 90's Asian inspired club spa activity room at an home for the elderly realness. I'm assuming most people get the food here either to-go or delivered (if that's an option) because there was only one other couple dining when I was there. I was seated and told a waitress would be right there. She wasn't. I waited a good five minutes before anyone came over. She brought those addictive crunchy noodles, hot tea, and water. Score because that's all I needed. I ordered the lunch special with the Sesame Chicken, fried rice, soup an egg roll. The soup and egg roll were pretty standard flare and flavor. If you like either or those, you'll like those. Nothing special to report. For a lunch portion, I thought the size of the chicken was large and the amount of rice was small.
