I had a quick shop in Alameda Lucky today 09/27/21 at : 1:55 PM . tried to press skip bagged cause I bought the 10/10 plus all the gallons of water. The screen appeared "Need Assistance" and lo and behold the asian lady in the self check out just scolded me like a little child and told me not to use "skipped bagged". What's the use if of you would not use that feature right?, unyielding, she shouted at my face (1 ft apart) "you can only skipped bagged 3 items"!! Wow, in the beginning dont use, afterward, use but 3 items only. We need a lil nicer lady here in the self check out. I shop in Lucky store Marina almost everyday but I believe, customer service wise, pleasantness, ungrumpy store staff, better to shop in GROCERY OUTLET! More affordable and Nicer staff.

Employee with the mullet can use customer service training. She was rude, invaded my personal space, and did not wear a mask.

Food is fresh, most of the employees are nice and polite. However, one time the employee was really rude and kept on giving me dirty looks, I'd rather wait in line and get great customer service then deal with someone who clearly hates their job. (Night shift Tuesday - old lady) I'll get her name next time I see her, as it is my go to grocery store. Thank you !
