My family enjoys the food at Lupe tortilla's on grand Parkway but trying to get a table in a reasonable amount of time is damn near impossible. They need to fire the folks working the door and hire professionals who don't ask the wait staff how many people they can wait on or if they're happy or not with setting a table of eight. Tonight a 30 minute wait turn into a full hour as we watched every group go in except for hours I asked twice and was told nobody will leave so we don't have any room a few minutes later my daughter-in-law asked again and the manager looked at our wait time and said to the hostess "we got a set these people right now."...
