Greeted with a smile from the hostess she was very nice and really pretty. I felt bad for her because she had set up some tables on the patio in 27 degree weather. I mean I understand Lupes policy and it's for appearance. We had Frances as our server and he was cute! Lol....he gave great service not because he's cute. He was on the 45 second greet, drinks and apps 2-3 minutes and refills half empty glass of tea and check back. The only thing he didn't do was offer coffee or dessert that would have been a perfect check if he would have. The quest was warm and need to be heated, so much better when it's hot. Yum! The charros and retried beans had no flavor, but loved the fajita lunch special.

Bad Experience turned good thanks to Dave! Great professional and cool guy! I love the way the lime-marinated fajitas taste.I still would like the fajitas 100% fresh off the grill each time I order togo fajitas. These still taste pretty good either way though! My wife did say the margarita tasted like a Sonic Slush and she could barely taste and liquor. She spiked it here at the house though.I'm so glad they have a rewards! We do eat there often!A++++

Updated: To add to insult aside from a half hearted apology and the eye roles of another manager, before I left unhappily I placed an order to Chuys because being a past restaurant employee, you know better than to send food back. That being said... the food that was "just made" was cold. You could tell it was made in a rush when even a simple burrito falls apart after picking it up. The steak was rare and not the good kind of rare. Half empty sides and entrees that you can say, they threw it in there. That being said, the food was very underwhelming. Chuys on the other hand had my food ready to go by the time I left Lupe and the food was spot on. I've been going to Lupe Tortilla for year between the i10 location, willowbrook, and this one. This is the only location that has and assumingely will continue t...
