Good food, decent karaoke setup. The staff need a little bit more training with parties, they weren't very attentive and guests often had to leave the room to order food and drinks. The screen for the room we were in was on the wall facing the seats meaning the person singing either needed to know the words to the song or not face the other guests while singing, but the smaller rooms didn't seem to be setup like that. The staff were nice and polite.
