Yum! I didn't realize how much I needed cream cheese in my hot dog until I had it. At first I was highly skeptical of the signature Seattle dog's inclusion of cream cheese, but after some convincing, I decided to try it, and damn was it good. There wasn't so much cream cheese that it had a strong flavor, but enough to give a creamy texture to the hot dog, which really complimented the grilled onions and created a smokey-ness. Definitely worth trying, and excellent late night eat!
