Although understanding, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the accommodations provided by Maggiano's Little Italy. I arrived at 7:00pm according to my reservations and was not seated until 8:00pm. During this wait time I was given no updates and once seated was told the kitchen was behind 1 hour. I then was expected to wait 2 hours for food, food was not served until 10:00pm. After a 3 hour wait, management did not have the courtesy to come take responsibility. Due to the inconvenience my girlfriend and I decided to box up our food and eat at home. Other tables arrived after us and were served before us. We were only given a "I'm sorry for the wait". Our Valentine's Day was ruined!
