The shop was a little messy and unorganized when I went, but the service was good and the ice cream was too. It's the exact same as Marble Slab Creamery, though, so don't expect anything different.

Went to get ice cream at Maggie Moos, walked in, and the guy said "sorry we are closed." I said "It's not 10pm." He had just served ice cream before we walked in and the customers went to their car to eat it. It's ice cream. Your sign says open until 10. Your sign is lit up "open", door is unlocked, lights are on, he's at the register...But I can't get ice cream after 9:50? I just wanted sweet cream and Oreos. Guess we go to Baskin Robbins from now on.

I've eaten at Maggie Moo's back in the day in Virginia. It was so good that if left a memory imprint. Many years later the moved down south and joined Marble Slab. Both are well established and even though it's a franchise, location and local ownership matters. The staff members are friendly and the owner shoveled extra ice cream and was genuinely interested in me getting what I wanted. I've cream quality was top notch and we received so much "Best value" size amount that after eating half of it the ice cream still looks full.
