!!!!!UPDATED REVIEW!!!! Well after I made the review below... the management team responded (o,this happen before COVID19 obviously lol). They apologized and invited us to come back to give it another try. My boyfriend was like "wow what a 360! Totally different place." I agreed. We had so much we could do we weren't even able to do it all! It was a great night! The service was on point and the manager Sasha was the best part of it all. She was professional and friendly and she was the one who made the updated review experience possible! I am keeping the old review up so people can see what it looks like when you have a real management team that cares about the customers who come into their workplace. This is how customer service works! Anyone can give good service all the time but to be able to deescalate situations, change bad experiences and maintain loyal business means you know what great customer service is!
