As I was on a bowling lane with my family, I nicely asked for a server three times. They never showed up. I had to walk up to the restaurant with my mom. Waisting so much time of our playing time. I am absolutely dissapointed at a night that should have been fun. We literally did not get to eat while we were bowling. Probably never coming to this place again.

My wife, son and I came in today to play the 3 hour unlimited game pass. The6 had a party coming in an hour and a half. So we asked if they could pro rate the game pass. The manager didn't even have the decency to come speak with us. He told his employee to tell us ne. Unprofessional and disappointing. We will NEVER come back to main event Shenandoah.
