Chicken was a bit dry.

Background: This is the first time I've ever been compelled to write a negative review on Yelp. I knew it would happen eventually, I just didn't know it'd be today. I, like many other Yelpers, stick with mainly trying to go to  restaurants with four star or higher ratings, whenever possible. This was the case today as Main Street Gyros was the highest rated Mediterranean option in this area (Pioneer Square) and has a four star review average. However, this did not end up being a four star experience. Location: Small house looking building on a busy corner in Pioneer Square, Downtown Seattle. Interior has some Seahawks posters and other pictures. Several spots to eat but it's cramped. Also, it doesn't give the impression of being a very clean place. Service: The lady who took my order at the counter was very nice and helpful. Though she forgot to ask if I wanted a Salad or Fries with my Sandwich, and I found out afterwards there was a choice (it came with the salad). Food: I ordered the Arabic Chicken Shawarma Sandwich ($10). This is where the real issue is. The Chicken hardly seemed like Shawarma. It was soft, chewy, seemed to lack spices, and honestly reminded me of the Chicken you get in a Caesar Wrap. As a whole, there wasn't a lot of flavor in th...
