We used to like going here for AYCE sushi, but now the chef is putting way too much rice and the fish very thinly cut. The salmon collar is listed as part of the AYCE menu, but yet they never have it. For the price they charge, they don't offer sashimi or any special type of fish like other restaurants do. If you love Maki Yaki sushi then you would love this place. I came on a Tuesday so there wasn't really a wait. You go in grab a menu and find a seat yourself. The handrolls come as you finish just like the sushi does at Sugarfish. The rice is so warm and the fishes are always fresh. The service was great. My favorite handrolls were the toro, lobster, and scallop!
