Expected fresh, fried cheese were unfortunately frozen cheese sticks and cheesy garlic bread was frozen garlic bread with sliced cheese on top. First time there, not impressed at all.

Placed a to-go order, was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited an hour in a crowded lobby with no social distancing. People came in a half hour after me and got food. One woman came in, actually placed a to-go order, and got her food 30 minutes before I did. Place has gone way downhill anyway since it became Mama Juanita's.
