I was parked in Akron at General transport. I ordered a pizza from Mama Rosa's. It was ten bucks for extra cheese and sausage and came 30 minutes quicker than they said. The pizza was fabulous. I will definitely order again! 6 Stars
This place is consistently disgusting. We live in the neighborhood and used to order delivery quite a bit. However, the first time we experienced an issue they weren't helpful...the experience was so bad we refused to order from them ever again. 3 years later (on May 19, 2021) we decided to risk trying them again because my daughter was craving jojos and this was the nearest location with some available at a decent price. We ordered 6 chicken tenders and 12 jojos and spent 20$. After waiting 70 minutes for them to bring us the food, it arrived warm and disgusting. Such a disappointment. The jojos were inedible...completely dry and burnt, some were black and looked as though they were "cooked" several times. We called and asked for a refund on the jojos and was told they wanted to give me a "credit" instead of a refund....which I refused because as I said before...the experience prior to this one was horrendous. I don't eat here often enough to utilize credits, especially for disgusting food that wasn't prepared correctly in the first place. I was then told my refund would be brought to me as soon as the "delivery guy" returned, but at that point I knew better. Needless to say, I never received my money. Food is trash. Customer service is trash. Save your money.
