Great marketing, great ideas, poor execution. I've ordered so many burritos, fries, quesadillas, cookies from here because Man vs Fries is such a fun idea and I LOVE fries. But, there's almost always something wrong with the order. I ask for norcal, i get so cal. I ask for pollo, I get carne. I ask for hot cheetos, I don't get any despite paying. Sadly, the list goes on. I don't really order from here anymore because I am tired of wasting my money.

Never notified us the are order was ready. By the time we walked up (25 min later). Turns out our order had been ready sitting there for 15 minutes. Cold and soggy by the time we got home. And WAY too expensive.
